- Turn on Production Computer
- Turn on Power Switch Under Table
- Turn on ALL TV Monitors (before opening ProPresenter)
- Sanctuary Screen
- Side Sanctuary Screen on Wheels
- Confidence Monitor
- Cafe TV
- Open OBS on computer for Recording
- Open ProPresenter on computer
PROPRESENTER INPUTS
- Input sermon notes from Canva
- Any videos being played? Download or Airdrop Videos Needed
- Choir Songs (check lyrics)
- Scripture reading
- Offering scripture
- Check if announcements are up to date
- Add new announcements from google drive (if any)
TESTING (30mins Before Service)
- Test any videos being played
- Make sure audio is coming through sanctuary
- Make sure video quality is good
- Make sure video is not on loop
- DOUBLE CHECK AUDIENCE LOOKS ON GRAPHICS
- Make sure audio levels are coming through to OBS
DURING RECORDING

END OF STREAM
- Display Goodbye graphic
- Add Recording to Dropbox - LIVESTREAM FOLDER
- Delete videos downloaded we won't need again from PP
- Delete announcements that have passed from PP
- Delete last weeks sermon recording from computer
- Turn off TV's
- Turn off powerswich underneath the table
- PRESS LOCK SCREEN ON COMPUTER
- DO NOT SHUTDOWN THE COMPUTER!
CAMERA OPERATOR
**CAMERAS SHOULD BE SETUP BY 10:30**
PRE-SERVICE
☐ Set up tripod/camera in correct position and frame shot
☐ Make sure tripod is secure and camera is properly mounted
☐ Connect all camera cables/wireless equipment
☐ Keep cords neat and out of walkways
☐ Wipe lens and check for fingerprints/smudges
☐ Set camera preset to MAIN before EVERY service
☐ Confirm camera is in focus
☐ Make sure nothing is blocking the camera shot
☐ Complete walkie-talkie/headset test with Switcher Operator
☐ Be at camera position before service countdown begins
DURING SERVICE
☐ Keep speakers framed and in focus
☐ Use slow, smooth camera movements
☐ Avoid harsh/quick zooming
☐ Follow Switcher Operator directions
☐ Pay attention to when your camera is LIVE
☐ Avoid repositioning while LIVE unless necessary
☐ Anticipate movement from Pastor, worship team, and speakers
☐ Follow Pastor smoothly as he moves across the stage
☐ Maintain proper headroom — imagine an apple on top of their head
☐ Do not leave your camera without notifying the Switcher Operator
END OF SERVICE
☐ Power down camera properly
☐ Disconnect cables/wireless equipment
☐ Take down camera
☐ Put lens cap back on camera
☐ Check area for any equipment left behind
☐ Wrap cords neatly and place them in designated box
☐ Return/charge walkie-talkie or headset
☐ Move tripod/equipment out of walkways
☐ Return camera and equipment to proper storage
☐ Report any equipment or communication issues

☐ Confirm ALL cameras are coming into ProPresenter/OBS
☐ Confirm Blackmagic cameras are set to the correct preset/settings
☐ Check camera framing from Multiview
☐ Confirm communication is clear both ways
☐ Complete final camera check 5–10 minutes before service
DURING SERVICE
☐ Monitor all camera feeds throughout service
☐ Direct Camera Operator as needed
☐ Give camera directions before you need the shot
☐ Preview camera before switching it LIVE
☐ Make smooth, intentional camera changes
☐ Avoid unnecessary or rapid switching
☐ Pay attention to ProPresenter/OBS and make sure the correct feed remains active
END OF SERVICE
☐ Assist Camera Operator with camera teardown
☐ Disconnect cables/wireless equipment
☐ Take down camera
☐ Put lens cap back on camera
☐ Check area for any equipment left behind
☐ Wrap cords neatly and place them in designated box
☐ Return/charge walkie-talkie or headset
☐ Move tripod/equipment out of walkways
☐ Return camera and equipment to proper storage
☐ Report any equipment or communication issues
